TASTING NOTES
Colour: deep straw yellow.
Perlage: very fine and persistent. A sparkling wine of rare structure and elegance (90% pinot nero).
Bouquet: very complex nose, the typical taste of cassis gives room to a noble note of vanilla.
Flavour: dry with a good aromatic persistence and nice smoothness, the sparkling wine for connoisseurs. It also has a very dense and fine spume.
