Bouquet: intense and persistent, typically citrus, with notes of grapefruit and a perceptible hint of smokiness. Secondary aromas include perceptible notes of mint and green apple.
Flavour: harmonic, persistent, slightly acidic and elegant, full of character and with smoky notes previously perceived by the nose.
