TASTING NOTES (Gambero Rosso June 2013)
Colour: golden straw yellow with elegant copper reflections.
Perlage: fine and persistent with a very smooth spume.
Bouquet: large very rich nose, with nuances of red fruits, herbs, wild flowers, tones of vanilla and liquorice.
Flavour: strong and profound, flavoursome and mineral, fruity pulp with great character and a wonderful acidity to sustain the creamy effervescence.
